Bad Week For L.A. Restaurant Matriarchs
First it was Jean Clinton Roeschlaub, daughter of Clifton’s Cafeteria founder Clifford Clinton. Now comes word of the passing of Esther L. Snyder, who with her husband founded the iconic West Coast restaurant chain In-N-Out Burger. She was 86.
