12/21/05 UPDATE HERE
On the heels of my debut posting of the new feature 8 Million Ways To Die, an old acquaintance of mine — and a former District Attorney investigator — has picked up the baton and ran far afield with it.
Phil Marlowe (a cyber name obviously) has opened The Marlowe Files blog to peer into allegations that Jessica Rowe, the 25-year old Orange County woman who took a fatal plunge from a limo on the 405 Freeway last month, was “pushed.”
Erica Rowe, sister of Jessica Rowe, already made similar statements in the comments section on 8763 Wonderland and she tells The Marlowe Files that she has “a gut instinct” and even more to bolster her claims.

9/19 UPDATE: The Marlowe Files has verified that Erika Rowe is indeed the author of postings at 8763 Wonderland and e-mails to Phil Marlowe and myself. Not too difficult a job, really. She has a site at My Space.

So, she may have had “clinical depression”!!! Big deal!! But that does not mean she commited suicide!!! People used “depressive suicides” to cover up a murder. If she wasn’t trying to HELP her self w/ anti-depress. than mabe. But why the effort to try and then end it? I think she was chucked out the window!!! My gut feeling is totally telling me this!!

This “accident” is a cold case murder waiting for a stupid, self centered, foul mouthed, foul living, wreckless skin head to screw up and get snagged being all that you are. Beyond that, even skin heads have a conscience and guess what, when you least expect it, it will either consume you with haunting, confusing, painful deliberate thoughts that will push you to fall, push down the thoughts with more booze, or worse, to recreate the crime again and again. They call that serial crime, which you had a pretty good start to when recreating the crime scene 2 days later. You’re not being pushed right now, but someday. The force within you is dark, wholly uncontrolled by you, and you gave yourself completely over to it. Nobody truly ever gets away with their crimes. Not ever, not really.
As for Erica Rowe, the sister – get a life. Living out your life through the tragedy of your sister is purely pathetic and pitiful. Seems Jessica really had a small circle of small, dumb, uncreative, unimaginative pathetic people in her life.
Jerimiah totally did it. I dated him after this whole incident and he tried to slit my throat with a kitch knife when I was holding my infant daughter. He is fucking crazY, he’s been to prison THREE times since then, the first time because I sent his ass there for abuse. I’m sorry for your loss to anyone who knew jessica. I’m grateful that I was lucky enough to get away from him, and live as far away as possible from california.
